          Dec 2019: Conducted Panel & Workshops between the Formation team, KC Leaders and parents to
          discuss and begin documenting proposed KCYLF operating/governing structure&priorities

          Wrap Up of Phase I on Jan 26, 2020 at Ponyride in Detroit, MI

          The 12 formation team members completed the draft governance and operating model for KC-YLF. Each of
          them showcased what they acquired through the Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program in the last 3
          months. They talked about the KC-YLF and how their journey through the Toastmasters youth leadership
          program have already helped them lay the foundation of the KC-YLF and how they expect to use that in
          next steps of developing the KC-YLF. This wrap-up event occurred at Ponyride, an Entrepreneurship
          incubator located in Detroit, MI. The participants were exposed to the Entrepreneurs tenants, listened to
          couple of them speak about their journey from ideation to starting the business. They were Humayra Babby
          from Boubi and Jessica Minnick from NotSorryApparel. Our club’s entrepreneur, Sunil ChataveetilCEO,
          Mintmesh conducted a workshop for the formation teamto trigger their creative juices on vitamins vs.
          painkillers when one attempts to create products and solutions for the world.

          Expected Phase II activities


          1.   Expand the formation team as the KC-YLF governing team has more than 20 roles to standup and
             operate during the remainder of 2020. Youth from grade 7 and above are welcome, contact
             KCYLF@Keralaclub.org with Parents and Youth name, address, and grade. You need to be a member of
             the club to enroll.

          2.  KC-YLF will begin meeting remotely from April 2020 to complete formation and focus on planning and
             operating for 2020 and beyond.
          3.  Upcoming activity to prep the KC-YLF team

          One day Project Management Institute [PMI) Project Management Skills for life
          Program [Target TBD]: Presented in a course format, the program teaches you to identify the project,
          project manager, team members and stakeholders. The program shows the project manager and team how
          to create a plan to identify the tasks needed to accomplish the scope of work, manage time e ciently and
          communicate with other team members and stakeholders e ectively.

 8 weeks Toastmasters International Youth Leadership Program (YLP) sponsored by Macomb Motivators
 Club[October 26, 2019 – Jan 26, 2020]: Purpose of this program-Develop speakingand leadershipskills for
 young people. Participants will run meetings through various roles, follow parliamentary proceduresto
 make decisions, make preparedand impromptuspeeches, learn how to listenbetter and provide
 evaluation&feedback, learn to incorporate feedback, and how to use voice, gestures, &vocabulary. The
