Loading over the Trailer Sheet: (Image 1)

Prior to Loading:

Loading should be conducted on the driver's side

of the trailer. If its unavoidable then the driver

must inform the loader that extra care and
DO NOT load over this side of the trailer
attention must be made to the rolled sheet UNLESS it's TOTALLY unavoidable!

and sheet pegs located on the other side of

the trailer. (image 1)

Ensure the rear doors are now closed and the door safety

catch is engaged (image 2) by operating the air safety

lever (Image 3) and the control box switch to the walking

floor is switched off (Image 4). Always isolate the walking

floor prior to loading.

Now ensure the sheet is fully opened and resting against

the sheet pegs (Image 1)

Review Dates:
The driver can now return to the vehicle cab (V5) – 02-08-2023 / Next R/D 01-08-2024
