▼ Project Details

          Statement of the Project:
          Provide background information about the need for this project. Describe the goals, objectives, anticipated results, and
          deliverables for this project. It's important to describe how this initiative supports PERC's priority areas as defined by PERA.




          A new privacy policy has been drafted for the updated NJPGA.org website. The goal of this project is to offset the cost for
          required Legal Counsel review and approval. The anticipated result is that the Privacy Policy will be approved and can be posted
          on the website. About 65% of the site is dedicated to NJ PERF and PERC information (marketing, public education, etc.).
          Therefore, we are requesting 65% of the legal fee to be covered with PERC funds.



          Cost Benefit Analysis:
          Describe potential risks mitigated by the successful completion of the project.



          Having a reviewed/approved privacy policy in place is critical for the website's viability. The website is a critical link to the public
          and NJ's propane industry.



          Evaluation Statement:
          Identification of the method(s) to be used by the applicant to evaluate the impact of the program or project upon its completion, as
          well as other measures that may be useful to the Council in its evaluation of the project.



          The completion of the legal review/approval and addition of the final privacy policy to the website.








          ▼ Budget & Statement of Costs

          Statement of Costs:
          Provide a detailed project budget and statement of costs that outline all project costs, including a detailed explanation of estimated
          co-funding, direct project management, and indirect administrative costs.

          Co-Funding (cash and in-kind): Additional funding expected from other non sources including your state PGA, event sponsors,
          registration fees, etc.

          Project Management: Expenses that are direct project costs essential to the planning, organizing, securing and managing
          resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

          Indirect administrative costs: Expenses essential to the activity of running the grantee organization and are not generally itemized
          by project (ie copy machine costs, rent and utilities). Indirect administrative costs cannot exceed 10% of the total project direct
          costs.



          The cost for the legal review is estimated at $350-$450.  We will provide documentation of the actual cost. 65% of the cost covers
          PERC-reimbursable expenses, as that is the amount of the website devoted to PERC sanctioned items. That should max out at
          $292.50. Final invoice will be provided as evidence of actual expense.
