        While that may sound harsh, it’s not; it’s asking God to help people real-

             Paul wrote to encourage other Jesus-followers who were apparently
        becoming impatient with how long it can take to see results:

             “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we
             will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:9).

             Keep in mind you’re praying for the opportunity to speak to people
        about Jesus. He’s at the center of your testimony and the story of salvation.
             And in addition to praying for the right opportunity, pray for the right
        words to share when that opportunity arises. Pray that they be bold words.
        Kind words. Words salted with insight and wrapped with compassion.
             Ask questions. Check for understanding. If the person sitting in
        front of you wants to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, lead them to and
