But before you write your request, ask these questions:
• Does your request align with what you know of the teachings of the
Bible?
• Does your request reflect godly motives and intentions?

• Would your discipler and other believers you trust agree with the
request?
• Will God be glorified by the answer to this request?

Good to go? Write your request below and then, when you’re done,
discuss what you wrote with your discipler. Work together to move toward
specificity if your prayer is general in nature.

Then, together, you and your discipler bring your request before God
in prayer.

Check this circle if you listed a “big” specific request for

someone. The checked circle will remind both of you
(discipler and disciple) to review whether there has been
an answer during the next session.
