              Owner: Human Resources

Employees who receive visitors at work must ensure visitors enter the main or designated
visitor entrance and check in with the receptionist or designated Kontoor Brands
representative. The Kontoor Brands employee receiving the visitor or the Kontoor Brands
employee’s designee must accompany the visitor while they are on Company property.
Company property includes, but is not limited to, buildings and surrounding areas under
              Kontoor Brand’s ownership or control.

The employee receiving the visitor is responsible for ensuring the visitor is not allowed
access to restricted areas on Company property or to Kontoor Brand’s Confidential and
Proprietary Information. The employee receiving the visitor must protect Kontoor Brand’s
Confidential and Proprietary Information from disclosure or use by the visitor or other third
              parties.

Confidential and Proprietary Information includes information related to the operation of
the Company that derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally
known to or readily available or ascertainable by persons or entities who can obtain
economic value or harm the Company from its disclosure to or use by them. Examples
include promotional methods, operational techniques and methods, intellectual property,
trade secrets (as defined by applicable law), potentially patentable products and
processes, financial records, profit, performance reports, processes, projections, business
plans, customer information, customer lists, vendor information (including vendor
contracts and costs) and employees’ personal information such as Social Security
number, protected health information, credit card numbers, driver’s license numbers,
mother's maiden name, complete date of birth and minor children's names.

Employees must immediately notify their manager, HR Business Partner or other manager
of unauthorized or suspicious people on Kontoor Brand’s premises. If an employee is
uncomfortable reporting such information through the above methods, the employee may
use the Company’s helpline. Once notified, the manager, HR Business Partner or other
manager must investigate and involve security or law enforcement as appropriate.

Employees must comply with brand or local-specific policies related to visitors.
