              Policy Statement

              The effective management of Kontoor Brands, Inc.’s reputation is vital to the company's success.
              Therefore, it is essential that our communication with media, government officials, investors, non‐
              governmental organizations (NGOs), trade associations and other external stakeholders is carefully
              and strategically managed, and in keeping with the highest legal and ethical standards.

              Kontoor Brands‐specific communication activities across the company are managed by teams from
              Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Government Relations and Investor Relations. Brand‐
              specific communications are generally managed by designated Brand Communications
              professionals.


              Kontoor Brands employees are required to adhere to the guidelines set forth in Kontoor Brands’
              individual external communications policies. These policies include protocols and approval
              requirements for communication activities including media interviews, speaker presentations,
              postings on external blogs or websites, promoting the work of suppliers, or external meetings with
              partners, vendors and other constituents.

              In all situations, Kontoor Brands employees should never discuss potential material, non‐public
              information. Questions about these policies and procedures should be directed to the subject
              matter experts listed within each policy document.

              Responsibilities and Compliance/Enforcement


              Kontoor Brands’ Vice President, Investor and Corporate Relations, is responsible for administering
              these policies and for enforcing their provisions. It is the responsibility of each employee to comply
              with each policy and consider it a condition of employment. Any employee found in violation of
              any communication policy will be subject to corrective action, up to and including termination.
