asked, but they aim to illustrate some of the more common non-competency
questions and give you some ideas about how to answer them well. The best
advice we can give – experience tells us that it fits in with the interviewer’s
mindset – is to consider the ‘task, thought, people’ elements of the question
and cover them all in your answer.
