Constitution and By-Laws

ARTICLE I
Name and Office

Section 1
The name of the organization shall be the “YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS’
SOCIETY of NORTHERN LUZON”. The abbreviated form of which is “YES”.

Section 2

The principal office shall be at the school where the elected President is
affiliated.

ARTICLE II
Objectives

Section 1 General Objectives:
To maintain a sustainable association among entrepreneurship students and
institutions within the Northern Luzon in cooperation with its mother organization the
Entrepreneurship Educator’s Association of the Philippines (ENEDA).

Section 2 Specific Objectives
a. To facilitate the competitive and worthwhile activities encompassing the whole
organization and its corresponding members.
b. To support local student organizations through sponsored seminars, workshops,
and mentorships.
c. To develop student competitiveness in entrepreneurial

Section 1
To become a competitive and efficient binding force of chains of business
organizations that offers widely beneficial economic ventures.
