ARTICLE X
Funds

Section 1

All funds of YES North Luzon shall be under the responsibility of the treasurer
and shall be manage and accounted for in accordance with accepted rules and
practices and subject to the Corporation Law of the Philippines. The officers may
adopt accounting and audit of funds of YES North Luzon.

Section 2
The officers shall be responsible for the proper management and control of
funds. To carry out this responsibility the President, Vice President and the Treasurer
have the authority to disburse funds, provided that such authority to disburse funds,
provided that such authority shall be limited in accordance with the policies.

Section 3
Pursuant to section 2 above, disbursements of YES North Luzon funds shall be
made:

a. Upon joint authority of the President and the Treasurer.
b. In the absence or non-availability of the president, upon the joint authority of the
Vice-President and The Treasurer.

Section 4
Funds shall be strictly allocated to the following:
a. Regional conference
b. Production of teaching\learning funds
c. Other approved activities or endeavors

ARTICLE XI
Committees

Section 1
The officers shall have the power to create and maintain a committee to fully

exercise its duties and responsibilities.
