Miscellaneous

Section 1
Grounds for disqualification of an officer:
a. Ineffective to retain the post.
b. Conduct unbecoming.
c. Serious misrepresentation of the organization.
For an officer to be disqualified in a position there must be a proper way.

ARTICLE XIII
Amendments

Section 1
The constitution and by-laws may be amended by an affirmative vote of at least
two-thirds of the officers at the time amendments is being proposed.

Section 2
The YES North Luzon secretary shall provide all the officers a copy of the
proposed amendments for consideration of their review.

Section 3
This constitution shall be ratified by the officers and their adviser.
