ARTICLE VII
Conference & Election

Section 1

The officers of YES North Luzon shall communicate with officers of ENEDA for
their cooperation with the conference.

Section 2
Every member is entitled to participate in the annual conference as initiated by
the officers of ENEDA.

Section 3
The nomination and the election of the officers shall be supervise by the officer
of the ENEDA.

SECTION 4
The election of one officer shall be completed before receiving with the election
of the officer next in line in the following order, President, Vice President, Secretary,
Auditor and Board of Members.

ARTICLE VIII
Meeting and Forum

Section 1

In meetings of the officer the presence of majority of officers shall constitute a
quorum.

Section 2
If a quorum is not met the officers initiate referendum via internet.

ARTICLE IX
Assessments and Donations

Section 1
The officers may accept donations from individual and institutional donors\
benefactors\sponsors and the like subjects to the requirement of pertinent laws and
donations. Donations shall be used primary for approved special project. All cash
donations shall be deposits directly to the official YES North Luzon Bank Account.
