ARTICLE IV
Mission

Section 1
To promote the entrepreneurial spirit among business students and every

individual as the economic heroes of today’s trend, with the showcase of
entrepreneurial competencies within the outside of the country.

ARTICLE V
Membership

Section 1
Membership in Young Entrepreneurs Society of Northern Luzon shall be
composed of individuals and educational institutions within Northern Luzon.

Section 2 Members are classified as follows:

a. Individual members are students and educators of entrepreneurship, business
and accountancy, engineering, IT/Computer, Agricultural and other related
courses.
b. Institutional members are schools that are engage in the promotion of business
and entrepreneurship education.

Section 3 Membership privilege:
An educational institution shall be entitled to be represented by one student
member during the annual election in annual conference to be voted upon.

Section 4 Membership Fee:
Shall be collected on an annual= basis and its amount may be upgraded by the
officers from its initial schedule of fees.

ARTICLE VI
Officers

Section 1
The executive officers of Y.E.S. North Luzon shall be six. Namely—President,
Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, and P.R.O and other nominees shall

act as Board of Directors.
