an Institute with the aim of strengthening the Public Administration Program thereby contributing
to the process of governance and development of the local community where the University is situated and
consequently the region and the country as a whole. Resolution No. 12, S. 2016 the Board of Regents
approved the creation of the Institute in Public Administration and Governance at Isabela State University
Main Campus, effective School Year 2016-2017.
