Introduction
Police officers are government-appointed entities and are representatives of the
government. Policing is a never-ending job. Police officers have to be alert all the
time. For example, Assistant Superintendent, sub-divisional police officer, DG, IG,
DGP etc. Higher the rank, the more the duties.
A Police officer in any country is responsible for maintenance of peace, security of
citizens and enforcement of the law.
