Introduction
The United Nations is a peacekeeping global organization and was formed in
October 1945. It was formed so that no world war takes place or no such situation of
destruction arises.
India is said to be one of the founding members of United Nations and participated
in the declaration signed in 1945. India actively supports the UN in all its missions
and operations.
