with the best set of bows and arrows hit the target? An archer has to
keep in mind the direction and speed of the wind, he has to be ready
for all possible situations. Similarly, a student should be ready to face

every challenge that comes on his way. So, how are you going to
ace your next test? Firstly, believe in yourself and work hard and
then, as Maya Angelou said, “Hoping for the best, prepared for the
worst, and unsurprised by anything in between.”

There are a few other things to keep in mind apart from your
preparation. It is important to reach the examination venue just in
time, neither way too early nor too late. If you reach late, you will be

stressed. When you get to the center much earlier than required, you
will come across all sorts of people - some students would be asking
questions to each other loudly, some would be showing-off their
knowledge while some would be keenly revising their notes or
books. The varieties of people in front of the exam centre can make

you anxious, and you know we don’t want that. We want calmness
                and confidence.

Let me tell you, these people who show off their knowledge outside
the exam halls are hollow from within. Remember the proverb,
“Empty vessels make the most noise.” Do not indulge in
unnecessary conversations. You are not there to boast or glorify

yourself. Let your results do the talking. The truly knowledgeable is
ever quiet, calm and composed with a soothing smile on his face.
Remember this proverb, ‘A fool says what he knows, and a wise
                man knows what he says.’

You can reach the exam center say about 10 minutes before the

examination start time and you must enter the exam hall straight
without interacting with anyone else. If possible do not even look at
other aspirants’ faces. The faces may unsettle you. Maybe you
appear quite young and there is a person who sports a long beard,
who seems older than you. You may assume that since his age is
more than yours, it signifies that he is more knowledgeable and
experienced. You may also find someone at the venue who has

taken an off from his office to write the exam and this can make you
