think that- “since this person already has a job in hand he can
perform better in this exam without any worries.” The more people
you look at the more worried you will be.
Many a time, stress arises from the simple act of comparing yourself
with others. You should not get into a competition with others, you
have to compete with yourself and this is the best competition you
would ever find. Just focus on becoming a better version of yourself
with each passing day. Stress levels can also be reduced if you
exercise daily, pray to God, sleep for eight hours, meditate, consume
the right food, practice Yoga and mantra chanting. All these activities
pay rich dividends, you have to try and do as many of these as
possible.
