               Ingredients

               200 g (24)     Ladyfinger cookies

               500 mL (2 cups)       35% whipping cream

               250 g (1 cup)  Mascarpone cheese

               300 g (1 1/4 cup)     Strawberries

               400 mL(1 1/2 cup)     Orange Juice

               2 Tbsp Sugar

               4 Tbsp Icing sugar

               1 tsp  Vanilla extract


               200 g (3/4 cup)       Strawberries



               Preparation

               First, we prepare the syrup and strawberries for the garnish. Put the diced strawberries in a
               large bowl, add the sugar and sprinkle with orange juice.

               Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, then steep the strawberries in orange juice for at
               least half an hour.

               Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In a large bowl put the cream, mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla
               extract. Work all the ingredients with an electric whisk until you obtain a firm and well whipped
               cream. Store the cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.

               After half an hour, remove half of the strawberries left to macerate using a skimmer and set
               them aside. Mix the remaining strawberries directly into the orange juice; for this operation
               you can use a classic blender or a hand blender.
