               Ingredients:

               150 gr Marie Biscuits or similar

               3 tablespoons of orange juice

               150 gr butter (softener, out from the fridge few hours before)

               2 medium egg yolks

               100gr sugar

               100 gr unsweetened cocoa powder

               To decorate (your choice):

               Grated sweet coconut, crushed hazelnuts, decorative sugars, Rainbow flakes, chocolate
               sprinkles, chocolate shavings




               Preparation:

               To prepare the chocolate and cookie truffles, start finely chopping the dry cookies using a
               blender. They must become like dust.

               Using a whisk, work the soft butter with the sugar, until a homogeneous and fluffy cream is
               obtained.

               Then, add the egg yolks and orange juice.

               Finally, add the bitter cocoa powder and the chopped cookies. Knead until you obtain a smooth
               and compact mixture, easy to work with your hands.

               Form small chocolate truffles. They should be as big as a small walnut.

               Spread them on a plate with the decoration of choice (sprinkles, etc.). Make them adhere well
               over the entire surface.
