Will the Rutledge AV name change?

A little bit. Because the Rutledge AV name is well known and regarded in Australia, it will become
“Rutledge AV a Diversified Company” on day one, with minor exceptions. All branding and collateral

will be provided for you to easily perform your work under the new brand.

• Business Cards: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Proposals: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Letterhead: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Purchase Orders: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Invoices: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Commercial Contracts: TBD based on contractual requirements.

• Master Service Agreements: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Government Contracts: Interim branding will be Rutledge AV, a Diversified Company.

• Rutledge AV Website: For the first year, the Rutledge AV website will be rebranded as “Rutledge
AV, a Diversified Company” complete with the new transitional logo. We will also have important
messaging about the merger posted on the home page. Once the technical requirements for merging
our websites are completed, we will create and redirect pages to the Diversified website to complete
rebranding.
