Will main plans, policies and processes be integrated?
No, we expect that these will largely remain the same. In the event any should change in the future,
you will have ample notice to make the necessary adjustments.
Will my reporting relationship change?
No, with a few exceptions to the leadership team who will have a dotted line responsibility to
Diversified Corporate Leadership, not dissimilar to the way Rutledge AV currently works for National
roles. You will see your leadership team working closely with Diversified leaders, learning together.
Will my job responsibilities remain the same?
Yes, our business models are complementary and the needs, growth and global demands of our
clients require the continued focus and work ethic you are accustomed to.
Will my job title change?
Possibly, but not now. We will be evaluating roles and resposibilities of all team members across the
organization to harmonize titles with Diversified standards. Local market norms will be considered
in this evaluation.
Will my payroll process change?
No, we expect that these will remain the same.
Will my benefits, entitlements or conditions of employment change?
No, these will remain unchanged. If your employment is covered under an Enterprise Agreement
those terms and conditions will continue to apply. In the event any should change in the future, you
will have ample notice to make the necessary adjustments.
Will my years of service at Rutledge AV transfer with me to Diversified for benefits?
Yes, your continuous service date will remain the day you joined Rutledge AV.
