Why are Diversified and Sensory Technologies merging?
As two leading audio visual technology providers and proud members of the Professional Systems
Network International (PSNI), Diversified and Sensory Technologies are joining forces so that we may work
together to better serve our clients. This merger not only strategically increases Diversified’s domestic
AV operations in the Midwest and New York, but also provides a platform for Sensory Technologies to
serve its corporate enterprise clients on a global scale, across a wide and comprehensive portfolio of
technology solutions.
With the Sensory Technologies team’s expertise in AV for corporate enterprise, the merger expands
Diversified’s highly skilled workforce to more than 2,500 employees, all delivering solutions within our
many specialties across 50+ global locations.
Most importantly, with our similar cultures and synergistic sales, engineering and technical capabilities,
it is a win-win for all!
Will the Sensory Technologies name change?
Yes, Sensory Technologies will become Diversified on day one. New branding and collateral required
for you to easily perform your work under the new brand will be provided.
Facilities, vehicles and other larger branding requirements are being planned and scheduled in an
organized phased approach.

When will main plans, policies and processes be integrated?
There will be no changes to existing health benefits, 401(k), holiday schedules, PTO or payroll processes
at Sensory Technologies in 2020. We will communicate additional details as we near the end of the
year and the end of Diversified’s PTO cycle, October 31. In the short term, you will receive a unique
employee number which will serve as your identification when logging into some internal systems and
will become your Employee ID number when you transfer onto the Diversified payroll for 2021.
Will my reporting relationship change?
Initially, only a few leadership roles will change. You will see these leaders working closely with Diversified
leaders; learning together. You will immediately see close coordination, best practice sharing and
harmonization planning to continue our quest to be the best.
