Is there any information about the merger online or a document I can share?

        Yes, we will have an announcement posted on the Diversified website and a copy of the press release
        available to share in the News section of the Sensory Technologies website. You can create an email

        with the link for distribution to your clients.


        Where can I learn more about Diversified and share ideas how we can be successful in my region?

        Diversified will be distributing information about our history and qualifications as previously noted and
        you can also learn more on our company website, diversifiedus.com.

        Further, over the next few weeks the management team will be traveling to your offices, answering

        questions and soliciting feedback. Our internal motto is, “Radical Transparency, Open Communication
        and Collaboration”. We want to share information and listen to your ideas and concerns so we can
        make the transition smooth and beneficial to you, clients and prospects.



        Will our companies combine products and solutions for our customers?
        Yes, the solutions and services our companies provide will be available to our sales and technical

        teams. Sales and technical training about Diversified specialties, cross-selling initiatives and technology
        solutions will be provided to everyone as we harmonize teams.

        Our  customers  will  benefit  from  a  complete  portfolio  of  services  across  twelve  specialties  in  the

        marketplace.


        What  about  Sensory  Technologies  branded  solutions  (AValytics™,  EMBRACE™,  FOCUS®,
        Meeting on the Move®, piVIDal™, Refresh®, and Thrive®)?

        Diversified sees great value in branded solutions, having created and brought to market some of our
        own (ViewPoint, FocalPoint and VantagePoint). The Sensory Technologies branded solutions will be

        evaluated as part of the broader integration plan and go-to-market strategy, which will be developed
        in the early months of our integration.
