Will my years of service at Sensory Technologies transfer with me to Diversified for benefits?

Your continuous service with Sensory Technologies will be used for eligibility for benefits such as PTO.
Diversified service from February 1, 2020 will be used for vesting purposes (i.e. qualified plans).

What happens to my 401(k) Plan?
Your Sensory Technologies 401k Plan will continue through 2020 until a formal review and harmonization

with Diversified’s current 401k Plan is completed. Any changes for 2021 will be communicated in
advance.

Will my Company Holidays or PTO change?
There will be no immediate change to your current holiday or PTO schedule. The Diversified PTO

schedule runs from November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021. Any transition plans would be shared in
advance.

Diversified observes seven (7) company-wide paid holidays and reviews PTO and holiday schedules
each year. We will keep you advised of the 2021 schedule as we near the end of the year.

Memorial Day (Monday, May 25)
Independence Day (Friday, July 3)
Labor Day (Monday, September 7)

Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26)
Day After Thanksgiving (Friday, November 27)
Christmas (Friday, December 25)

Will the Sensory Technologies Chicago office and warehouse physically be merged with the
Diversified Chicago offices/warehouses?

Yes, you will be joining approximately 50 associates working in the Greater Chicago area. At Diversified,
we strongly value our teams working closely together and as such, will plan to combine these two
offices once the existing Sensory Technologies lease has expired.
