APPLE IOS DEVICES

1. Go to Settings

2. Scroll down and click Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3. Scroll down and click Signature

4. Select the Per Account option

5. Paste or recreate the simple signature here

SAMSUNG ANDROID DEVICES

These instructions may not correlate exactly with your version of Samsung Phone

1. Open Default Android Email Application

2. Click on 3 Dots Menu Button

3. Click Settings

4. Tap the Name of the email account you wish to add a signature too

5. On the Manage Account screen tap on the account name again
6. Tap on Signature

7. Tap on Edit Signature

8. Delete existing signature

9. Paste or recreate the simple signature here

10. Click Done

OUTLOOK FOR ANDROID/IOS MOBILE CLIENT

1. Open Outlook Mobile Client on Device and go to Settings

2. On IOS Device: Click the Settings button (Bottom Right)
3. On Android Device: Click the overflow menu button (3 Dots - Top Right); Click Settings

4. Click Signature

5. Enable Per Account Signature

6. Paste or recreate the simple signature here

7. Return to main screen
