OTHER MOBILE DEVICES – OTHER CLIENTS
IOS and Android devices may have many different email clients. They should allow some level of
signature configuration. If you are unable to determine the method for defining the signature, please
refer to the support section to get assistance.
SETTING SIGNATURE ON OFFICE 365 WEB MAIL
1. Log into Office 365 Email portal at http://portal.office.com
2. Click on the Gear Icon on the top right of the window
3. Click Options
4. Under Mail \ Layout click Email signature
5. Check off both options to automatically
include signature on new messages and
forwards and replies.
6. Copy and Paste the Lightweight signature in
space provided.
7. Click Save

Templates are available for you on OneStop site, here. Now that you've gone through the SharePoint
Setup in the previous section, you have full access to this and many more resources!
Please personalize the signature templates within the document with your personal information
i.e. Name, Title, Address, Contact Numbers and Email Address.
DO NOT deviate from this format unless you have express permission from Management.
