        PERSONAL PROPERTY
        Diversified is not responsible for any of your personal belongings. Any personal property that is damaged, lost or stolen is
        at your own risk. You are encouraged to not bring personal articles of any substantial value to work.


        LACTATION ACCOMMODATION
        Employees have the right to request an accommodation for lactation breaks and a room/location. Diversified will make a
        reasonable effort to provide the employee with the use of a room or other location in close proximity to the employee’s work
        area for the employee to express milk in private. Such space will meet the requirements set by law. Should you need to
        make a request or have questions, please contact the PeopleTeam.

        TELECOMMUTING POLICY
        Telecommuting allows employees to work at home, on the road or in a satellite location for all or part of their workweek.
        Diversified considers telecommuting to be a viable, flexible work option when both the employee and the job are suited to
        such an arrangement. Telecommuting may be appropriate for some employees and jobs but not for others.
        Telecommuting is not an entitlement, it is not a companywide benefit, and it in no way changes the terms and conditions of
        employment with Diversified.

        Any telecommuting arrangement made will be on a trial basis for the first 3 months and may be discontinued at will and at
        any time at the request of either the telecommuter  or the organization. Individuals  requesting  formal telecommuting
        arrangements must be employed with Diversified for a minimum of 12 months of continuous, regular employment and must
        have a satisfactory performance record.
        Before entering into any telecommuting agreement, the employee and manager, with the assistance of the PeopleTeam,
        will evaluate the suitability of such an arrangement. See full policy on OneStop in Human Resources section.

        TRAVEL
        Employees are responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements, based on Diversified’s Travel & Expense Policy.

        Diversified requires that employees plan ahead by making air travel arrangements at least 2 weeks in advance, when
        possible.


        Other Transportation
        Mileage for business travel will be reimbursed at the standard mileage rate. A mileage log indicating destination, miles and
        purpose of the trip must be submitted with the expense report. Fees for parking, shuttles and transfers will be reimbursed
        with proper documentation.


        Meals and Incidentals
        Meals and incidental expenses you incur while traveling will be reimbursed within reason. Receipts must be attached and
        expenses justified.

        CORPORATE VEHICLE POLICY
        At Diversified, there is nothing more important than the safety of our employees. The Diversified Vehicle Policy establishes
        guidelines and procedures that must be followed to protect the safety of individuals operating any motor vehicle owned by
