        “Casual days” are determined according to local office management. There may be times when important clients are visiting,
        and we will need to dress in normal business attire. When working in the field, please always respect the dress code of the
        client or company you are visiting. In all cases, employees should refrain from wearing jeans with holes, shorts, cutoffs, old
        tennis shoes, etc.

        COMPANY PROPERTY
        Diversified may provide samples or equipment to employees for use in performing their duties. Employees are expected to
        exercise care in the use of Diversified property and to utilize such property only for authorized purposes.

        RETURN OF PROPERTY

        Employees must return all Diversified property immediately upon request or upon termination of employment. Employees
        will be required to reimburse Diversified for the cost of any items that are not returned when required. Diversified will take
        all action deemed appropriate to recover or protect its property.


        AUTOMATED SYSTEMS POLICY
        Diversified recognizes that use of the internet and email has many benefits and can make workplace communication more
        efficient  and effective. Therefore,  employees are encouraged to use the  internet and  email systems appropriately.
        Unacceptable use of the internet and email can place Diversified and others at risk. This policy outlines the company’s
        guidelines for acceptable use of the internet and email.


        Scope
        This policy must be followed in conjunction with other Diversified policies governing appropriate workplace conduct and
        behavior. Diversified complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws as they concern the employer/employee
