Discrimination and harassment based on any protected status is unacceptable in the workplace and other work-related
settings, such as business trips, deliveries and business-related social functions.

                                           †
        COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Employees who believe they have been discriminated against or harassed on the job, or who are aware of such conduct
toward others, should immediately report the conduct to their supervisor or member of the PeopleTeam so that an
investigation and any corrective action may be taken. Sexual Harassment specific complaint forms can be found under
“Quick Links” on the Human Resources OneStop page. All reports of harassment should include the details of the
incident(s), names of individuals involved and the names of any witnesses.
Reports and complaints of discrimination and harassment will be promptly investigated by a member of the PeopleTeam.
At a minimum, the individual making the report or complaint and the individual identified as the perpetrator will be separately
interviewed to determine the facts. Once the investigation is completed, a determination will be made and communicated
to the employee(s) involved. If the report is substantiated, appropriate corrective action will be taken, up to and including
termination of employment. Appropriate action will also be taken to deter any possible future discrimination and/or
        harassment.

Diversified will not retaliate in any way against an employee who reports discrimination or harassment, nor will Diversified
permit any other employee to do so. Any person, who is found to have retaliated against another employee for reporting
discrimination or harassment, or participating in a harassment investigation, will be subject to the corrective action, up to
        and including termination of employment.

All complaints of discrimination or harassment brought to the attention of the PeopleTeam will be treated as confidentially
as possible, consistent with the company’s duty to investigate and respond to the complaint. Employees who report
discrimination or harassment or become aware of a complaint are also expected to maintain confidentiality to protect the
privacy of the persons involved. Investigations will be kept confidential to the extent practicable and appropriate under the
        circumstances.

        ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

To maintain an efficient and productive organization, your regular, punctual attendance on the job is required. If you are
unable to come to work because of illness or other unavoidable circumstances, you are required to notify your supervisor
or manager as soon as possible. If you will be late for any reason, call your supervisor or manager, and let them know when
        you expect to be in.
Any employee who is absent without notice or response to company contact for 3 consecutive days may be considered to
have voluntarily terminated his or her employment.
