                                                              INGREDIENTS

                                                              260 grams Self Rising Flour
                                                              1 tsp sugar
                                                              1tsp baking powder
                                                              pinch of salt
                                                              1 cup plain yogurt
                                                              2 tsp olive oil
                                                              2 tbsp milk
                                                              2 cloves chopped garlic
                                                              Coriander (cilantro) to garnish





                                                              INSTRUCTIONS

                                                                1. In a large bowl add flour, sugar baking
                                                                  powder and salt.  Mix.
                                                                2. Form a well in the dry mixture to begin
                                                                  incorporating the wet ingredients.
                                                                3.  Add yogurt, olive oil and milk to the well
                                                                  and begin incorporating your wet and dry
                                                                  ingredients.
                                                                4.  Use the tips of your fingers to combine.
                                                                   You do not want a sticky dough.
                                                                5. Knead, form a ball and section the dough
                                                                  ball in to quarters and roll out each 1/4.
                                                                6. Chop some garlic and spread out on the
                                                                  cutting board.  Place a rolled out section
                                                                  over the chopped garlic and roll the
                                                                  dough over the garlic.
                                                                7. Sprinkle with coriander (cilantro).
                                                                8.  Lay in a hot pan to cook through.  Flip
                                                                  when it starts to color on the first side.
                                                                9. Finish with a little butter.
