                                                                          (10 stuffed potatoes)
                                                                          Vegetable oil for frying
                                                                          5 medium potatoes
                                                                          ¼ teaspoon salt

                                                                          Meat Filling:
                                                                          1 tablespoon olive oil
                                                                          1 cup chopped tomato
                                                                          1/3 cup chopped onion
                                                                          1/3 cup chopped scallions
                                                                          1 garlic clove, minced
                                                                          ½ teaspoon ground cumin
                                                                          ½ teaspoon sazon Goya with azafran
                                                                          ¼ teaspoon salt
                                                                          ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
                                                                          ½ pound ground beef


                                                                          Batter:
                                                                          1 egg
                                                                          ¼ cup all-purpose flour
                                                                          Pinch salt
                                                                          ½ tablespoon sazon Goya with azafran
                                                                          ¼ cup milk
