Hand-Sewn Sweetheart Bookmarks

Materials:

• Soft felt in at least two colors (but you

can use more if you like)
• Embroidery thread

• A needle and needle threader
• Sewing pins and sharp scissors

How to:

1.Print out your template, and pin the

individual shapes over the color of felt you
want them to be.

2.Cut out the felt to the shape of the
pattern.

3.Arrange your four shapes over the top of

the shorter rectangular piece of felt.

4.Sew each shape on using a running
stitch.

5.Sew the smaller rectangle (now with

four shapes sewn onto the front) to the
larger, fringed rectangle using blanket

stitch.
