Central Chilled Water AC Systems

A standard Chilled Water AC system used in large malls has Air Handling Units (AHUs) for
catering to larger spaces and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) for smaller spaces like mini shops.
These “air-side equipment” maintain human comfort conditions by regulating temperature,
relative humidity and maintaining adequate filtration levels.

Ducted Air conditioning Systems

For medium sized malls and retail outlets Ducted, Systems are used. There are two types of
Ducted Systems:

1. Ducted Split Air Conditioning system 2. Packaged Air Conditioning system with
