To calculate GKI, divide the blood glucose level by 18, then divide that

64÷18 = 3.5÷3.1 = 1.1 ratio) and since this person has a 1 to 1 ratio, he
is making a significant impact on tumor suppression through diet.
However, let’s say your blood glucose level was high at 140 and your
GKI was still at 3.1, this would equal a GKI of 3.2 (GKI: 180÷18 = 10÷3.1
= 3.2 ratio). You would be slightly in ketosis, but the ratio is off from
the target and you would not be impacting cancer to a significant
