               and red is an attention seeker causing triggers of appetite and

               hunger.  Red makes us feel warm, loved, and comfortable which is
               necessary for a good long meal.  Yellow grabs our attention from a
               long distance and it also increases the speed of our metabolism.

               Experts believe that the combination of these 2 colors create the

               perfect combination of emotions and feelings to make people feel
               hungry and spend more time while having a meal.



               What has been the fruitage of such consumption?  Sadly, epidemic

               illnesses associated with obesity, heart disease, diabetes, inflammation,
               fibromyalgia, crohn’s disease, autoimmune diseases, and just about

               every chronic disease, including cancer.


               Despite being so technologically advanced in the production of food,

               scientists are saying “we are the

               fattest, sickest, and nutritionally
               deficient society since the stone

               age.”  In 1985, Dr. George Briggs,

               nutritional professor at the University
               of California, wrote that the “typical

               American diet is a National
               Disaster.” This is because, as

               Americans, we consume the typical

               food pyramid of high carbohydrates
               that are processed and refined,

               synthesized, artificially flavored,

               nutritionally depleted, and loaded
               with chemicals and preservatives.

               These will be the cause of most major illnesses by 2025.  The Standard



               American Diet (SAD)    is killing our children.
