An internal Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Unit will be established within the
corporate structure.
Quarterly progress reviews will be conducted, with reporting to the company’s
Board of Directors.
Independent performance audits will be conducted biannually to assess financial,
operational, and developmental impacts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be developed for each business pillar to
track growth, efficiency, and sustainability metrics.
