                       6.  Monitoring and Evaluation

               To ensure that Elarm Trading Plc achieves its strategic objectives and maintains
               accountability:

                     An internal Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Unit will be established within the
                       corporate structure.

                     Quarterly progress reviews will be conducted, with reporting to the company’s
                       Board of Directors.

                     Independent performance audits will be conducted biannually to assess financial,
                       operational, and developmental impacts.

                     Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be developed for each business pillar to
                       track growth, efficiency, and sustainability metrics.
