                       3.  Key Strategic Pillars and Initiatives

               Pillar 1: Import-Export Development

                     Obtain regulatory approvals and licenses for the importation of food products,
                       construction equipment, sugar, and edible oil.

                     Establish an efficient supply chain for exportable commodities such as coffee, oil
                       seeds, and processed agricultural goods.

                     Build regional trading hubs near port access points (e.g., Djibouti) and strategic
                       customs corridors.

               Pillar 2: Manufacturing & Industrialization
                     Commission a state-of-the-art facility at Dire Dawa Industrial Park for the
                       production of military and casual footwear.

                     Launch a domestic edible oil processing plant to enhance food security and
                       reduce reliance on imports.

                     Conduct feasibility studies and initiate a sugar packaging and distribution
                       operation to support the FMCG sector.

               Pillar 3: Logistics & Heavy Equipment Services

                     Acquire a fleet of cargo and fuel trucks to provide integrated logistics services
                       nationwide.

                     Establish a central logistics hub and fleet maintenance facility in proximity to
                       Addis Ababa and Shagar City.

                     Market logistics solutions to both public institutions and private enterprises, with a
                       focus on reliability and cost-efficiency.

               Pillar 4: Natural Resource & Agricultural Value Chain
                     Collaborate with licensed oil extraction firms to explore and operate in resource-
                       rich regions.

                     Add value to coffee and oil seed exports through grading, packaging, and
                       national branding.
