Cobh on the web

The Cobh Tourism website Visitcobh.com had over 57,000 visitors in the past year.

The website lists all that there is to see and do in Cobh, as well as pre coverage of
major events. Traffic to the website peaked for Cobh People’s Regatta with 1000
visitors to the site and for Australia Day in Cobh with 400 visitors.
The site consistently gets over 50 visits every day of the year, primarily from Ire-
land, the UK and USA. Any Google search with Cobh in it will return visitcobh.com
     in the top three results.

Cobh - A fantastic Tourism Experience!
Cobh has been shortlisted in the East Cork Business Awards in the Best Tourism
     Experience category.
A town steeped in history, World class attractions and a picture perfect place on
Cork Harbour are the kingpins of a successful tourism town.

There are also countless volunteers giving of their time to promote Cobh, make it
look more beautiful, to organise events, to welcome and engage with visitors and
to provide an experience to be fondly remembered.

In addition to Cobh’s attractions the Cobh 10 Mile Road Race, Jailbreak Triathlon,
Summer Swing, Barrack Hill Ball Roll, Cobh People’s Regatta, Ukulele Festival, Cobh
Reader’s and Writers Festival, International Sea Angling Festival and the Cobh
Blues Experience all bring visitors to Cobh.

Hopefully Cobh will win on 23rd November. If it does, it will be an award for each of
these attractions and people involved. Well done to them all.
