The closing date for receipt of applications is February 17th 2020. Application forms

copy of the birth certificate is required. If you have already sent in an application

Cobh & Harbour Christmas School Art Competition.

It’s that time of year again where we ask Cobh National Schools to take part in a
‘Christmas in Cobh’ Art competition. The winner will turn on the Christmas lights
and get some extra Christmas goodies! Drop your entries into the Chamber/Tourist
Office - Closing date 18th November.

Congratulations to Cobh GAA
Premier 2 Minor Hurling league winners 2019: Cobh 4-14 Blackrock 2-10. The cup
was presented to captain Díarmuid Kearney after a fantastic display by the Cobh
lads.

Well done to the u12 Cobh GAA hurlers who were crowned The Johnny Leahy cham-
pions after a great game v Gleann na Laoi this afternoon.
The cup was presented to the captain of the Cobh team Donnacha Leahy who is also
the great grandson of the late Johnny Leahy. Thanks to all the players, coaches,
supporters, the Leahy family and those who provided refreshments for the teams
and their families.

Cove Boxing Club putting Cobh on the map

Well done to both Coveboxingclub boxers today Jason Cotter & David Quigley...
On their first fight big huge congratulations to Jason on receiving best away boxer
this was a huge success for Jason he done his club and coaches and most of all his
parents proud!

Bright futures ahead of them. We would like to thanks the coaches for all the effort
they have put in since the opening.. Many thanks to Leeside Lough Boxing Club
