Example #2: Here is a portion of the course map used in the
self-paced Criterion-Referenced Instruction Workshop (Resource
#15). Notice that students have many options in sequencing
their instruction.Though it is suggested (but not required) that
they begin with modules closest to the bottom of the map, they
are encouraged to work on whichever module is of interest at
the time and for which they have satisfied the prerequisites.
