2. Peer Outline Review
Description: Students create outlines for an assigned essay
topic, then exchange them with a partner for peer review.
Each student must evaluate the clarity, organization, and
logic of their partner’s outline, providing feedback for
improvement. The original author revises the outline based
on the feedback and submits both the original and the
revised versions.
Objective: To foster critical thinking by reviewing a peer’s
work and reflecting on the clarity and coherence of their
own outline.
Assessment: Students are evaluated based on the quality
of their peer review feedback and the revisions made to
their own outline.
