Integration:
In the proposed target architecture the current ABC mail server (microsoft outlook) and
File systems shall get integrated with the zoho desk. The integration process shall be
planned by using the email forwarding rule which will help to make the exchange mail
box by simple configuration steps.
As per the requirement the integration of the ABC's shared mailbox shall be configured
at zoho desk by adding a forwarding mechanism to route all email received in ABC's
mail client to a equivalent email address in zoho desk. Take a look at the below
