task checklist and communication plan.
● While the components are deployed on the production, the end users are kept out
from the cutover process.
● Migrating the data from UAT to Production and performing a pre sanity test on
the migrated data or a post production testing.
● Providing user training to the stake holders team.
Whereas the post-production activities include a roll back plan in case, if any module
does not function properly and sanity check on the data migrated from the current
system. Roll back of the system can be performed by tape restore or reloading
configuration file. After rollback, the system should be tested end to end and backups
should be restored.
