Seminar on Fratelli tutti
Fratelli tutti (All Brothers) is the third encyclical of Pope Fran-
cis, subtitled “on fraternity and social friendship”. On February
18th, the seminary arranged a seminar on Fratelli tutti. Rev.
Professors and brothers from both theology and philosophy
on Fratelli tutti. Rev. Professors and brothers from both the-

ology and philosophy presented different papers based on the
encyclical. Rev. Fr. Johnson Achandy moderated the session.

Retreat for Minor and Major Orders
A retreat was conducted for the theologians from 6th March to
8th March 2021, preparing us for the reception of major and
minor orders. His Beatitude Sebastian Mar Sebastian Vaniya-
purackal (Curia Bishop, Syro Malabar Church) guided us dur-

ing the retreat.

New Volley Ball Court Inauguration
A new volleyball court was inaugurated in the seminary on
19th March. This was the initiative of Second Year Theologians.
Rev. Fr Rector inaugurated the court and there was a friendly
match between the Mangalapuzha Seminary and the Kolbe
Ashram, Aluva.
