Before the event comes to an end, Dr. Ruel A. Cajili, Dean of Psychology – SISC, do the

honor of presenting the awards, where “Best Research Presentation” was acquired by Dr. Rolly
S. Donato for his outstanding presentation on the topic "Organizational Resilience, Risk Based
Thinking, and Performance: A Framework for Performance Excellence," while Ms. Maria Estela
Monette Monte Flauta garnered Best Research Paper award for her remarkable study on
“Corporate Identity as a Function of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Cultural Values of
Manufacturing Companies in Region XII, Philippines: A Convergent Design.” As the event nears
its end, Dr. Victor C. Manabat, Dean of the School of Business – SISC, recalled and reflected on
everything that happened on the day of the event, as well as a summary of all the topics

presented by the authors and speakers, finally to formally close the event,Dr. Ma. Felma C. Tria
gave her own remarks.
The event was a huge success, and is very well-attended by students and professional
individuals in different fields. This marked that many people are willing to learn and enrich
their knowledge. As the saying goes “Knowledge is power” Thus by the end of this, all the
delegates, researchers, participants and facilitators surely had enough takeaways that they

may bring to their respective fields and studies!
