ENROLMENT SYSTEM FOR SAINT TONIS COLLEGE, INC.

ABSTRACT

The study aims to design and develop an Enrolment System for Saint Tonis College, Inc.,
Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga. The system will help the institution to efficiently control and
monitor all enrolment transactions using a versatile application of computer technology. The
system covers processes with respect to: (1) Admission ;(2) Enrolment;(3)Evaluation of
Students; (4) Assessment of Fees; (5) Reports Generation. To test the quality of the system, ISO
25010 Software Quality Assurance Standards (SQA Standards) was used to evaluate the system.
The SQA Standards focuses on 8 (eight) software characteristics: (1)Functionality
Sustainability; (2) Performance Efficiency; (3) Compatibility(4) Usability; (5) Reliability; (6)
Security; (7) Maintainability; (8) Portability. The study also used the descriptive and
development method of research. The descriptive research design was used to data gather,
tabulate, analyze and interpret to answer the questions raised in the study and the system
development methodologies used the concept of the System Development Life Cycle model
utilizing the Agile Iterative methodology.
