                         Play Works has 3 strategic priorities over the next few years:


               Retention          Growth                                               Brand







                                                  RETENTION


          As our key resource, it is essential that we keep and continue to develop, our best
            people. This means investing time, effort and money in supporting our staff to
           continue to commit to our approaches and communities, and to be the best that

                                                     they can be.









                                                    GROWTH


            We need to always stay on top of what is needed and what works - continually
            evolving to do so. But we also need to keep our entrepreneurial streak and seek
              new opportunities to grow to meet expanding needs, to build the long-term

                                    sustainability of our social enterprises.










                                                      BRAND


            Play Works and all of its projects, already have established brands within their
             respective communities.  To contribute to the development of the above two
          priorities, it is also important that we continue to develop and grow recognition of

                                    our brand values, presence and impact.
