                                                     GROWTH



         To focus on long-term sustainability, we will:


         In our Family and Community Work:

                •  Ensure that we maintain an appropriate structure and resources, to be able

                    to continually evolve our activities to respond to current and emerging
                    needs.

                •  Continually explore and develop new opportunities to expand our work into
                    new communities and expand our reach and impact.

         In Simply Play:

                •  Maximise our school-aged childcare and Wonder Woods, bookings/
                    occupancy through a range of marketing activities.

                •  Expand our outdoor nursery provision, with a second and third service,

                    opening during the life of this Plan.

         In Workforce Development

                •  Explore opportunities to develop our training offers, to capitalise on our
                    specialisms/expertise and generate revenue.

                •  Use our internal experience and expertise to upskill and invest in our own
                    workforce.



         Required Action: develop a comprehensive Marketing Plan for each project across
         the organisation.
