         To build on our previous branding development we will:

                •  Ensure that everyone is clear on our values and key messages and clearly
                    communicates these at every opportunity.

                •  Refine and improve our brand presence with our target audiences.

                •  Strengthen our story-telling, engagement and impact promotion.

                •  Be consistent in our personality and voice.





         Required Action: include branding aims within the new Marketing Plan.
